Our Wire Bending Process

Starting The Wire Forming Process

We begin the wire bending process by creating a single sample and ensuring it performs as desired. Once we verify the design is sound, our technicians will begin straightening the coiled wire and erasing its embedded memory through state-of-the-art equipment.

Adjustments and The Final Stages

Depending on the material, wire size, software used, and other variants, we may need to make adjustments in order to get the best results. This will help ensure that the products are safe to use for long periods of time as well.

Welding and Finishing

Depending on the product, the final wire products may need to be welded together. We have many different welding options to choose from, so you can discuss the different options with our team during your initial assessment. If any special finishing is required, it’s also applied at this stage.
